Fixed Bugs / Improvements:

  • Observing Sessions list now correctly sorts per-column.
  • On launch, Right side panel now displays the same state as at quit
  • Favorites files no longer turn on FOV Indicators
  • Now possible to cancel out of LiveSky Object editing
  • Added field validation for LiveSky Objects
  • Fixed Column Reorder for Observing Lists in the right panel
  • (macOS only) Added “Save A Copy As…” to macOS File menus. Allows saving a copy of “Application” (read-only) Favourites.
  • Fixed Observing List sorting in search results. Can now be sorted by any column, and reverted to “Default” ordering.
  • Fixed logs sync from LiveSky. Sun observations are not recognized by Starry Night
  • Fixed Observing Session times. End times now correctly displayed and saved.
  • Fixed slew limit editing in Telescope Setup
  • Fixed Star Bayer Designations reported in Info window. Were off-by-one above Serpens.

  • Added editable colors to FOV Indicators
  • Added editable rotation to rectangular FOV Indicators
  • Added option to disable syncing data to LiveSky server.

  • Added new “maximum results” field to Ephemeris generator. (No longer limited to 5000).
  • Ephemeris generator now uses “Astronomical Dawn/Dusk” rather than Sun at 0 degrees altitude for the “daytime” filter.
